Add each charge and list its legal elements. Each element gets a unique color that carries through the rest of the app.

Elements & Facts

Enter facts that support or address each element. Tag each fact with the witness who will introduce it.

Witnesses

Exhibits

Add exhibits with admissibility foundation notes. Numbers are assigned automatically in order. Hover over exhibit badges on facts to see details.

Direct Examination Prep

Each witness below shows every fact they can testify to (tagged on the Elements & Facts page) and the evidence you can admit through them (set via “Which witness can admit this?” on each exhibit). Write the questions you'll ask to elicit each fact, and tag the moment you plan to introduce an exhibit.

Cross Examination Prep

Prepare your cross of each witness. Every fact the witness can speak to is listed — add the questions you'll use to confront, commit, or impeach on that fact, and tag where you'll introduce exhibits.

Closing Argument Builder

Paste your closing argument below. Each line/paragraph becomes a separate segment you can link to facts.

Redirect Examination Prep

Anticipate cross-examination topics, then prepare your redirect questions. Link each redirect question to the cross topics it responds to.

Anticipated Cross-Examination Topics

Add the lines of questioning you expect opposing counsel to raise during cross. Optionally tag which witness this applies to.

Redirect Questions

Paste your prepared redirect questions below. Each line becomes a segment you can link to cross topics.

Voir Dire — Jury Selection

Your bad facts tell you which biases to hunt for. Write questions to smoke them out, log who answered, and rate jurors 👍/👎. Track every strike by side and watch the jury box update live.

⚠️ Bad Facts to Address

Facts and evidence you flagged as Bad (on the Elements & Facts page or an exhibit). Each one is a bias risk — write at least one voir dire question for it.

Voir Dire Questions

Tag each question as ours, theirs, or the judge's. As jurors answer, type the juror number, jot what they said, and hit 👍 (want them) or 👎 (strike candidate) — the answer is submitted to that juror's profile and their box below turns green or red.

Selection Setup

Jury Box

Drag a juror from the grid below onto a seat (or seat to seat to swap). Click a seat to select it. Striking a seated juror leaves the seat showing the strike until you Fill, Slide, or drag a replacement in. Your Alternates count in Selection Setup gives you exactly that many blue ALT tags — never more. Drag a tag from the tray onto a seat — you'll be asked whether the designation stays with the seat (blue border survives strikes; whoever fills it is an alternate) or follows the juror (⭐ on that person wherever they sit). Drag a seat's tag back to the tray to unassign it.

Strike Record

Every strike in the order it was made — which side moved, which challenge number, and any hardship grounds. This is your appellate record of who removed each juror and why.
